Warehouse 521

Warehouse 521, a gathering place in Nashville for artists to create, make new friends and develop a sense of community was opened in February 2013.  Jeanie Smith felt there was a need for such a place and it has served many functions since opening, one being instilling a feeling of camaraderie among artists as they practice and learn more about art.

Warehouse 521 hosts artist workshops and classes and seeks to have top quality instructors come to teach. Workshops hosted by Warehouse 521 are listed under 2015Workshops and you may register online.

Local artists are able to rent the space for workshops and classes and those events are listed under “Calendar of Events at WH521” and registration is handled by the artist.  This section is a calendar page which shows the events in order on the calendar and will include all workshops coming this year.

Open Studio with 2 models is held once a week for those wanting to draw or paint people in an interior setting.

2000 sq. feet conveniently located in the center of Nashville in the Berry Hill neighborhood with many local restaurants, boutique shops and recording studios makes Warehouse 521 a unique place for the art community in Nashville.
